It was one of the best training classes I have attended to in 30 yrs. The instructor’s were friendly, knew the material they were teaching and knew how to teach the required materials. I felt very comfortable everyday in class and felt more confident taking the final exam more than any other exam I have taken just because of the way the material was taught. Both instructors really seem the love the subject teach and the people they teach. I told my manager that she should send anyone needing the class in the future to Frank and Juan. Thank You both for what you do.
